This article is confusing - it says they are opening in Landmark District then a few sentences later says opening at 1895 Spall Road….so which is it?

It is interesting how many successful companies are moving out of their current shops because the greedy landlords try to excessively up the rent. I hope these high profile shops stay empty and the landlords suffer with empty premises.

Perhaps if they thought it out, an occupied profitable business in your shop is a lot better than an empty shops for months on end. I guess they can use the loss as a convenient tax loss so it means nothing to them.
