Frustrations AT tent city - how about frustrations WITH tent city? It isn’t up to the taxpayers of Kelowna to look after this group of individuals - they need to look after themselves instead of sitting with their hands out expecting everything done for them. There may be some in tent city that work & just can’t afford the rent in Kelowna but they are not the majority.

There are beds available at the Shelter that no one is using. Begin there to start transitioning off the street so you can get a Tiny Home. The Rail Trail and warming tent are not there to create a more comfortable permanent place to reside.

Bylaw and RCMP are there daily, as well as city workers doing cleanup and porta potti maintenance.

Add to that the free drugs supplied by the NDP.

This has to stop. Trudeau, Eby and Dyas, the left-wing self-entitled politicians are responsible for creating the drug mess and the criminal system that is supposed to deal with it. Rather than the citizens forming vigilante groups, the drug addicted criminals have formed vigilante theft and crime groups, and the politicians and criminal justice system can't deal with it.
