If the shooter was Caucasian he would have been identified immediately. This reeks of some form of cover up or withholding of information emberrasing to government immigration strategy.

I know this will spoil your day but the gunman was a native Swede with mental health issues. Unfortunately, he was probably influenced by the kind of vitriol and racism inherent in your comments and assumptions. You didn’t pull the trigger but your dehumanizing attitudes helped load the weapon.
