I don't think those " Religious Politicians " ever read a bible. Just hold one ( upside down even) and say a few woods that are popular with the fanatics and woo wee ! , I'm elected.

Weird. All those folks worried about taking Christ out of Christmas are quite happy taking Christ out of Christian. Can you love Jesus but not the Christly message? I guess so. They’ll be publishing new Trump bibles soon without the bothersome New Testament parables and admonitions. Of course, those pesky Ten Commandments probably need to go as well since their venerated leader (saved by God I hear) has broken most of them.
