I think a number of people need to pay a bit more attention to the history lessons they obviously missed. The "guilded age" that Trump and Musk are working so hard to recreate was a time when the robber-baron class held all of the wealth, and 98% of the population was begging for food, had no medical coverage, no retirement pensions, worked 12 hours a day just to survive, etc. This will be the inevitable result of allowing the new billionaire class to control government. Not to mention the elimination of the regulations that keep your drinking water and food supply mostly safe. The reason big business wants to eliminate regulations is that it costs money to keep people safe.
