Great idea. Will drop by for a look-see on our next Kelowna run. Maybe people will get wise after all the Trump folderol and start to buy local. Yes it'll cost more, so eat less...

curious where that yak meat is sourced from, as it must pass food inspection agency exams to be used commercially.. is there a domestic yak ranch?

The article mentioned a yak ranch near Grindrod, I believe.

Lower fat, higher protein and Omega 3's than regular beef or salmon. Its a very good option.
