Gee a lawyer exaggerates, spins a yarn that makes his client/ friend look good and tears down the other side unnecessarily to help his case. Seems normal to me! The concept where officers get a case and keep it.. imagine the chaos if all of them were responding to each other's cases?

We should be doing our utmost to support the RCMP during this period of growing street disorder and mayhem. And no, they can't do it all.

The RCMP in Kelowna needs to up their game. The excuses given for not following up are ridiculous. The lead investigator is away and the backup person is away too? So nothing can be done in the meantime? The time to recover stolen property is when the victim can identify where it is. Waiting until someone is back from time off will often be too late. Not the way a police dept should handle things.

The cops , lawyers, prosecutors, city bylaw officers, Kelowna city council, etc…..are all allowing all this criminal madness to continue while we hard working taxpaying decent people of society are the ones suffering for it . Kelowna has become a total *bleep* hole criminal playground.

Get rid of the drug addicted criminals and our country will go back to a normal system for police to work in. The federal liberals and provincial NDP have created this crap storm that society and the police increasing face every day. If our politicians can't protect the citizens, they should be terminated.

And had the police gone in there, retrieved the stolen items and arrested the individual, Tessmer would have turned around and sued the city, police and anyone else he could think of for his new client the thief. So in part Tessmer is part of the problem in dealing with these lowlife criminals and vagrants.
