These fires are becoming more common. I phoned 911 a few months ago when I saw a fire in a parking area. The dispatcher would not send the RCMP, only the Fire Dept. The next day, I spoke to the RCMP and they told me that the courts won't convict these people as they need the fire for warmth in the winter. This is crazy!
