Yep. Good plan. Time to assume the worst from the bully next door. We need to protect our sovereignty and find more reliable trading partners, including interprovincial. The bully can’t even count to 30, never keeps his word and doesn’t even care about working Americans, let alone Canadians. He just loves billionaires and tech bros. Time to join the EU.

And, the government waited 10 years to do this? WHY? Even the simplest of simpletons knows you don't put all your eggs in one basket.

Sorry, but I wasn’t aware that we lived in a Soviet or Chinese planned economy — I believe the businesses could have been finding new markets anytime they wanted with the exception of pipelines.) The profits were highest trading with the US, so that’s where they went. I’m sure you’d happily blame the government if they had been too directive. Easy to be on both sides so you can criticize and add nothing constructive to the conversation.

Tell us you don't know that upwards of 80% of Canadian goods produced go to the US, without telling us.Skaha Explorer wrote: ↑Feb 11th, 2025, 9:03 amNobody has all the eggs in one basket. Tell us you dont understand the global trade market without telling us.
