Falsehoods about the process being complete before the west tallies the votes? Or how one province Welfare Wubwc can change the out come. Namely refusal to sign into confederation properly.

The biggest threat to whatever the next farce we will call an "election" is the current regime that will stop at nothing to cling to power.

No. The biggest threat to our election is the people who continue to spread and/or believe completely false narratives.

100%. JT and his WEF & China "partners" will have the usual influence over the next election. The current charade of Carney "running" for PM is as laughable as Harris gong-show was for POTUS.

We desperately need a multi-member Proportional ballot that separates the party vote from the candidate vote.
The party vote will make sure all parties are awarded the number of seats they should have according to the popular vote.
The candidate votes make sure every vote is helping elect somebody the people want to represent them in the government.
Our current dysfunctional colonial system consistently disqualifies about 60% of the candidate votes - in every election !!!
The bad news are that our past and present party and government leaders absolutely HATE democracy - and our right !!!!

To be fair, the one drawback of democracy is that despite anyone's best efforts, you can't root out idiocy from a population. And many a politician has won on an idiot's ballot. It's too late in the game to change anything like that though, systems like meritocracy and libertarianism require a shift across multiple generations to enact.
