Trump is acting like it's not American companies buying cheaper steel from other countries. Or cheaper Aluminum. Or cheaper cars, electronics, plastic, etc. All the cheap stuff! Need some engineers? Could use some American educated talent, but those Indian engineers will work for like 40% of the pay! Mexicans will never complain like American auto workers (because there's millions of replacements waiting to take their jobs) so they will work in dangerous and underpaid situations. All that progress that costs money up here. Good thing steel smelters are built overnight, and come complete with workers.
