"Cultural Safety" I guess this is just proving that they are unable to take care of themselves and need to depend on those that have been taking care of them financially for decades and decades, while they continue to contribute nothing, and whine about all that they are given wanting more and more.

And here we thought the province was so broke it had to put in a hiring freeze. Not so, lots of money to throw at the pet projects. I'd be curious to know: what problem is the $40k supposed to fix?
