The leaders in Quebec have also said they would NEVER allow a pipeline through their province in order for Alberta to access the east coast. They'll continue getting billions in equalization with much of it coming from Alberta and the rest of the Western provinces though.
Equalization to provinces makes them lazy. Why do they have to make any hard decisions when they'll just reap from the hard-working people out west? Equalization is stupid and unfair.
