This is not right. Since there's no criminal charges (!) then huge fines and a 25 year driving ban at minimum.

Another easy out for the Provincial Crown Council who most times refuse to pursue matters in a trial. The Provincial Crown lawyers are a joke. If there is a way they can accept a plea and avoid a trial they will take it every time. The system is broken due to years of liberal and ndp policy and the courts show it. 6 vehicles, 7 to hospital 1 man dead. And the person responsible gets a ticket. Welcome to BC Justice system
