Not so much a plane 'crash', as it is an accident after landing.....

....if a plane is on the tarmac upside down.

But, at least it's in one piece, and not on fire.

Wind was 270 degrees 23kts gusting to 33kts which would be acceptable if runway conditions are good. But with YYZ just recovering from the snowstorm, runway conditions may be a factor as it would have reduced the aircraft's crosswind component limitations.
