There is a "cultural" difference between our Yukon/Alaska and the rest of Canad/USA. They look and operate from a more inclusive environment. They live in a totally different environment where all depend on each other......example: Car stalled at 40 below.....they stop to see if the party needs help. You don't have to wave them down. It's understandable that Yukon/Alaska have close ties and work together.
