Sounds like he has a lot of big titles that sound very important but haven’t achieved or solved much. There isn’t an endless supply of money for everything. Years ago people realized they could suck the government dry if they could come up with something/anything that sounded important. Invest it in China so they can get their C02 emissions down to 10% of the worlds contribution from 31%, not Canada's 1.8% down to 1.5%. Idiots.
