What a complete load of BS. Absolute self-servicing scumbag developer only looking after his own profits. The only reason why people have been priced out of the market is because of foreign investment in our housing stock, and treating housing like a commodity that can be traded and speculated is what got us into trouble in the first place. They don't want anyone owning a home anymore. They want to own everything and rent it back to you at maximum rent.
