I don't understand. Whose children is the "childcare space" and for 37 children? Is it for tenants visitors with their children?

Are taxpayers footing the bill for staff day care for their children? I hope it's about special children's needs.

Jim I would presume that the day care would be for the staff members that have children.
Having day care for their children will enable them to work.
