dont be fooled, when asked at a press conference if he is repealing the carbon tax he hesitated and said he is setting it at zero, meaning he is not getting rid of the carbon tax, just reducing it to zero so he can put it back in place after his dreams of winning the next election , probably to an all new high, with out having to get it passed again through congress.

They zoomed in on the carbon tax "removal" piece of paper that Carney signed and it was a nothing piece of paper.
LOL Carney is sure duping a lot of Canadians. And all so they'll think he's gonna make things better so the suckers will vote him in for a four-year term. Canada will be totally done if that should happen.

How much evil, like the confused dragster, hers evil was a Trillion Dollars of added debt for Canada's future generations to pay back, or is that all about the "new world order" WEF and the agenda 2030 with the big reset,
where we will own nothing. I guess from hers perspective the books balance themselves :135: to zero.
Now WEF top dog, "the new no carbon tax carney" is promising just as what Chretien promised to drop the GST in the nineties and then changed it to the HST. Only the dumb, deaf and blind lpc/ndp voters are fooled by that.

Please explain how it could be worse with our new common sense PM after the election?

Froskii, you can't be serious, are you? It's the people who are currently in charge, who have destroyed this country and have an 'evil agenda' give your head a shake!

Carney stated he has removed the carbon tax , now we find out it will be “ sometime after March 31 “
Eby stated he is removing the carbon tax also but upon further review we find he is only stopping the April fools day increase and is “ working on removing it . Lies on lies by liberals and NDP .
A vote for Poilievre is a vote for Canadians

And it is just a Order In council. Which means as soon as he is elected, god forbidding, he will just add the carbon tax back. This is just a suspension of it until after the election to trick Canadians into thinking this is some new liberal party lol

What does it matter if it's repealed at this point? Gas prices will stay the same (maybe it'll go down for a few days) as gas and oil companies already know we will pay the amount we've been paying, so they'll just pocket the difference.
And a conservative government will cut services, while raising taxes for lower and middle class income. So it doesn't matter what government is in power, everything is going to continue to get more expensive and prices will not get any lower. If you think it will....sorry to hear you're that gullible.

If you're going to reply "what about the liberals", reread what I wrote. All politicians of every flavour are about pleasing the corporations that they are going to hold a board seat on when they retire from politics.

Agreed!! CARNEY CANNOT be trusted. Scary to think he has a possibility of being elected!

Vote Conservative if you want to see life become more affordable, if you want to see real change in carbon pollution, vote conservatives. They will get LNG and other natural resources flowing, especially to heavy polluting countries over seas, those same countries that rely purely on coal (coal is bad by the way) and get them fueled with clean burning fuels.
No more free illicit drugs, no more catch and release jail. The entire country will be 100x better as soon as we get real adults in the house making the decisions instead of this terrible same old liberal party who have had a DECADE in power and done nothing but sink our country. Carney is all for moving business to the USA (yes, he moved his own business there as soon as DJT was elected)

Its simple economics, and you clearly are not understanding that. A vote for Liberal is a vote for Canada to continue down a terrible path making things even worse than they are. A vote for Conservative is a vote to make things better, and they will be. It will take time to fix the mess we are in, but ANYTHING is better at this point. A classroom of grade 3 children is better at this point

Don't believe the lies that slogan, lying Pierre Poilievre is telling. Consumer carbon taxes are done.
