Who cares? Coddling small business because they are propped up by taxpayers to survive is a terrible idea. Same with mega corporations like Target Canada leaving and declaring bankruptcy (just because) since they wouldn't make a profit until 2 years into the future. When we let billionaires be a thing - we are ensuring that the idea of competition and social contracts that are 500 years old die. It was bought as a tax write off for losses to be rolled into the lowest bidder again to continue using it for losses as a numbered company. After a bankruptcy creates higher fees and expenses to the plebs in banks to cover the losses.
