Still working at almost 72. Medical imaging at KGH. Am appreciated by my work group and the public.. Haven’t experienced this. But sad indeed some do.

Many modern problems are the fault of their generation's decisions, oh well.

Or have they just realized they have spent a lifetime being exploited and truly had little say on anything in Canada.

Well, I can say firsthand that your report is an absolute crock. You’re only hearing the opinions of those that are interviewed. Maybe focus on the crap that comes out of their mouth as well. I myself have experienced a lot of negativities from seniors. Because, according to them back in their day, they were so perfect. Some don’t accept the way the world is moving forward with acceptance and non-judgment. I could go on, but I will just leave it at that. I mean I think it is wrong for anyone whether it be age or sex or choice of religion or non-religion. People should mind their own business and if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.

In BC seniors still have to pay for so many medications as other provinces pay once 65. I am74 and had to pay well over $200. For a shingles vaccine where the young lady administered it said both parents had it for FREE in ONT and said if I was indigenous and than it would be free..in BC.. poor treatment of seniors in BC
