Yes well lol....I think we are overbuilt already. With immigration levels being corrected, and Canada no longer appealing to immigrants, I think there will be a tremendous amount of vacant units soon....=overbuilt.

Did not know that Canada was no longer appealing to immigrants? We certainly are appealing to refugees as they get more money than an immigrant applicant.
