There was a PM who proposed this energy an utility corridor more than 10 years ago, but all the extreme lefties, including this Manitoba philanthropist on the public dim, demanding the rest of Canadian taxpayers, mostly Alberta, to pay for the many self inflicted lefty screw-ups, believing budgets balance themselves.
