it's a bit disingenuous to say that "350 made the decision to move out" when the reality is a new building owner took over and jacked the rents up.

It's too bad 350 Bakehouse couldn't afford to stay. I'm sure the locals would've preferred to keep them instead. Thankfully their new location on Spall opens soon.

we miss bakehouse, greedy landlords increasing rent by over 100 percent, should be illegal! Kelowna is going to have nothing but larger chain restaurants and stores downtown, the safety and parking needs to be addressed as well .Stop the homeless from going downtown period, and don't raise the parking in the summertime like they always do
