This is disgusting and shows the complete incompetence of IHA run by numbnut Susan Brown. How she is in charge still is a mystery. So worrisome for women

their top priority is to ensure safety of children, unless it interferes with their scheudled time off, or vacations, or lunch or break times. health care is an inefficicent crappy service just like the other services the government provides, and it is just going to get worse until we find a way to demand better service for 60% of our income they take from everyone.

Absolutely agree! Certainly, doctors working 96 hours straight staying awake through stimulants are going to provide optimal care. Certainly, not allowing doctors time off will help promote retention. Certainly, not allowing doctors breaks to do things like eat or go to the bathroom is going to ensure the healthcare providers are healthy. Certainly, doing these things is going to help improve the state of healthcare staffing, and not negatively affect it.WKdad wrote: ↑Apr 15th, 2025, 12:17 pm their top priority is to ensure safety of children, unless it interferes with their scheudled time off, or vacations, or lunch or break times. health care is an inefficicent crappy service just like the other services the government provides, and it is just going to get worse until we find a way to demand better service for 60% of our income they take from everyone.
I really like your ideas, and you could really kick these lazy healthcare workers into gear. Apply for a management position at Interior Health! https://jobs.interiorhealth.ca/JobSearch

Don't worry, they will offer all of the boomers, street people and Veterans MAID, that should cut down on those pesky humans asking for help or relief from pain.
