This is just the type of ridiculous statement I would expect coming from a mini-trump. Disregard for the environment, disregard for the years of research done to make this decision, disregard for the industries and jobs created by this decision and worst of all total and utter contempt for the Canadian voter whom he thinks is to close minded to see the beneficial outcome of this type of forward thinking policy. Poilievre is as much of a threat to Canada as any low intelligence, poorly educated, self righteous buffoon.

Just like Trump, Poilievre has no real solutions. Only slogans and catchy phrases. And they both deal in promising simple fixes to complex and enduring problems. Poilievre's promise to use the Notwithstanding clause in the constitution echoes Trumps efforts to rule the US by decree without going through Congress or the courts.
Neither of these two can be trusted.
