This tragedy is so devastating. My heart goes out to those affected. I will not be attending the vigil in Kelowna given that it is a large crowd and large crowds are dangerous in Canada now.

The mental health authorities that were dealing with this mass murderer, all have blood on their hands for deeming him fit to be out in public , instead of locked up in a mental facility where he should have been !! A lot of lives were totally destroyed because of the mental health authorities bad decisions.
