There is no climate emergency. Its all just one big Climate scam to tax you more. Enjoy your Liberal government. Carney has a net 0 policy, so kiss your cars and cheap gas goodbye

One day of Carney and they're already pushing this. We don't care. Fix India and China first, then I'll get serious.

Arbitrary climate goals have no balance and the money spent should be commensurate with the insignificance of the issue. There is no climate emergency.
Also, O&G subsidies are fine because we need O&G, it is the green subsidies that are too large and we don't need EVs, etc.

Pretty tough for any politician in the interior to even approach climate change issues wth the sea of science deniers who are sure it is still 1979 here…lol.

No surprise there! Forget about the fictitious targets.
Focus on balancing a budget, fixing healthcare, eliminating crime and affordability for BC residents.

Does anyone really believe that the carbon tax went towards greenhouse gas emissions? It's like the battery and tire levy. It all goes to general revenue.

Re: B.C. says it will miss key climate target by half
The carbon tax is based on decades of lies so no one wants to pay thousands extra on a fairy tale. On the other hand, if the same tax were called the "Our party is dumb and wasted your tax money so we need more" tax, then people would be more open to it.
