There is lots of work to be had in Kelowna! People just don't want to do the jobs that are available. It has been like that since Covid, I could not hire anyone to save my life! Tried to hire a maintenance guy for two years and the only couple of candidates I was able to hire lied about their qualifications and I had to fire them lol. I have seen vehicles driving around in town that had a hiring now sign on the vehicle with a phone number to call. That is just short of knocking on your door to hire you lol. Young people nowadays want a job where you sit on your butt and play on your phone all day that pays a hundred dollars an hour lol.
