Well Charlie, those new people coming into the country causing inflation, shortage of housing, etc.....have to live somewhere. People need to know they get what they vote for.

Being that city council is only there at the pleasure of the provincial government as Luke Stack states, and they are only able to do as the provincial government tells them to do, perhaps we could save ourselves a whole lot of money throughout thr province by disbanding municipal councils altogether.
