Applaud for what? more congestion/lack of parking/not affordable living? I think it should be a big swift kick to the head of all council members, mayor, developers STOP WRITING PERMITS and FIX THE MAIN ISSUES FIRST INSTEAD OF COMPOUNDING THE ISSUES! But hey what do I know only lived here for 37+ years now and see kelowna turning into a even bigger hell hole, what do I know.

I am still applauding the 35% raise they gave themselves. Now I have to applaud another unaffordable housing complex? I just might go to one of their meetings and try to wrestle the "rubber condo stamp" of out of their ignorant hands!
