Yeah, well... Dr. Henry's evidence may have swayed the judge, but she and Minister Adrian Dix will be swept away in this November's provincial election. Mandates, policies and such are not laws. As such, no healthcare worker who has refused taking a vaccine FOR ANY REASON, whether personal or on religious grounds... whatever... are not guilty of breaking any legally enacted law.

I'm curious how the judge was able to consider Henry's evidence without considering the veracity of that evidence. Is this because it's the government? They aren't supposed to receive any special consideration, that's in fundamental opposition to basically every western legal precept.

The judges in BC are in line with the NDP. Did not surprise me. Something tells me token gifts of wine from BH’s winery will be in order to the judge ruling in this case.

As a patient it would make me more comfortable knowing that caregivers are immunized. Long before the Covid vaccine became such an issue medical workers were always encouraged to get the regular flu vaccine. When one enters the medical profession that is something they are aware of. And to the comments about the vaccine being banned, Astra Zeneca hasn't been given to people since the first year of Covid vaccines and hasn't been one of the vaccines offered in the last two years. That's the one that has been banned.

With many proven adverse and life-changing reactions to the vx as well as unknown future complications it should now in hindsight serve to justify the hesitancy of many health professionals. BC's Health Officials and Minister Dix will ensure future servitude through their draconian Health Bill 36, which most people are not yet familiar with.
