I agree. I like having a certain amount of anonymity. However, I have posted pics of my pets (never of our child), talked about fav books and recipes. I don't think it's that weird not to want to give everything away. We own our own business and I think it's important to be able to air my opinions and then hide behind my screen persona. Kelowna is still pretty small and you never know who you may offend

Honestly evryone seems pretty nice, but, I think I would find the get togethers intimidating. I have enough social anxiety as it is. :200:

What? You don't like sabre tooth tiger print :ohmygod: I'm sure the get togethers are great. I've actually wondered how many people I might know. It would be interesting to know.

I went to one get together and wore a Cat in the Hat hat (long, white and red striped). I felt like an idiot but I said I was going to. Talk about social anxiety, but I got over it.

Sort of.

You never have to worry about that if you offend everyone, equally.

I'm an aquarian, I like earthtones, ethnic cooking, and sci-fi movies. I have a really neat thing I like to do with rubber boots and whipped cream. I've only been to jail once, and it was on weekends. I don't usually hang in bars either, but castanetters are a great bunch, so I go where they go. The book on my bedside table right now is "Catcher In The Rye" and my favorite internet radio station is RadioParadise.com. I have blue eyes, and one or two silver hairs.
