Belgo Park?

Just wondering about Belgo Park, it seems as though everytime I go there it is empty. There are no benches by the playground, but they have washrooms that are always locked. Anyone know the story behind this park?? Any reason as to why it is always empty?

Also for some reason I thought there used to be an outdoor pool there??? Anyone know?

If it's the same park I'm thinking of...the little park tucked in the middle of homes off Belgo Rd....it's never had a pool.

There should be more people there soon, as it is commonly used for baseball games. Haven't been there recently so i don't know why the washrooms are closed. And there has never been a pool there- although there is a small swamp
