Facebook sites where the admins let people post what they are not supposed to post.

"This site is for nicer home decor" has farm fruits and vegetables posted. I've seen this happen before, where "anything goes" leads to people just not using the site anymore. They joined for a reason, YOUR description, not to see what others impose on you.

My pet peeve is that the sprinkler company wants to come blow my sprinklers out now when I'm still needing water to water my garden. They used to do it in mid-October, but every year is earlier and earlier.
