The scientific reason why January lasts forever
The feeling that it is the longest month, on the surface at least, makes no sense.

Today is the last day of January. Or for some of you on Twitter – it is Day 74 of January. January has taken its sweet time. Roz Chast's cartoon for The New Yorker which went viral this week similarly depicts what we all in our hearts know to be true. January is the longest month of the year.

This feeling, however, on the surface at least makes no sense. Several months in the year have 31 days in them. If any month should be made fun of for how long it lasts, it should be February. *bleep* is a leap year anyway?

Time perception, though, is a tricky concept to pin down. William Skylark, a researcher working on this topic at the University of Cambridge, says that "mental time is a pretty fragile metric for physical duration".
If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

There are some really sick men out there who would want to get there rocks off by a 13 teen year old. If any who used her services were fathers themselves they should be ashamed of themselves.
We live in a really sick society at times i.e this story

What a week. It's only Tuesday and I can't take it anymore. Dear God make it stop! If the the shootings in Penticton and the fire in France weren't bad enough, I have to deal with two tragic deaths very close to home. My daughter has to witness a murder on Sunday and now my young friend Dave dies in a crevasse on Monday, leaving behind young children and a pregnant wife. I haven't even bothered turning on news today to stay ignorant.

I'm just devastated for my friend's wife and children. Dave was truly one of the most incredible humans. So full of life and love.

I am so sad to hear that Glacier :(

Also a little apprehensive for tomorrow.
PLEASE use spellcheck. If that is too hard, consider installing the Grammarly (free!) app that will not only spellcheck for you (AND offer corrections!) but also make sure that your sentences are grammatically correct.

You're welcome.
