Are we ever going to know the hows and why's in regards to all the planets? And even if NASA comes up with an explanation in regards to the "mystery rock" is it going to be a correct explanation?

When tax breaks are granted to corporations, does that money really go into hiring well-paid employees thus bolstering the economy, or does it go to more owners' dividends to buy more products/services from companies with underpaid service staff?
