Who needs a leash?!! He also "walks" my Husky. We put a leash on her and put the end with the hand loop in his mouth. He gladly prances around with her under his control until they get tangled around a post of some sort... It's pretty darn cute, and people LOVE to watch them when we go for walks around downtown Kelowna!
AWWWWWWWWWW!!! that sounds too cute!!!

One I was minding for a friend while she moved (over a year ago and never heard from her again) The other belongs technically to the lady next door but keeps jumping the balcony to us.
Anyhow, do any of you guys have weird things your pets do that just make you shake your head.
One of our cats likes plastic bags, not to play in, but to lay on. I have this bag holder thingy on my wall (to put used shopping bags in for re-use) and she is constantly pulling them out, arranging them on the floor in a kinda nest and just sitting there.
It's kinda weird
Our cat loves bags as well. If we are doing any organizing or packing he likes to lay right in the middle of it. He also likes to drink water out of an actual water glass not a bowl.
The dog only drinks out of the cat's water dish and if the cat is desperate he'll jump into the bath tub and drink water from the drain.

A couple of years back, it got so bad and I got plain fed up, so I evicted the little bugger. The SPCA seemed like a death sentence, so I drove him to the other side of town and freed him. Get outta my life you little pi$$-bucket, go fend for yourself.
Am I the only one who has a problem with this???? I'm sorry fluffy, but if you cant afford to have your animals fixed, you shouldn't have them. Cats and dogs are NOT disposible pets and by you simply dumping your cat in another part of town is incredible irresponsible and I'm appalled!

Just dumping the cat would indeed be deporable.
If it was a 'funny' that I somehow missed, I will take back my

I am a tad hyper-sensitive when it comes to our pets and the treatment of them.

My kitty Tiggy is waaay off beat as it is, but she loves, loves, loves! to drink from a vase I have with cuttings in it:
In a "pinch", she will drink tap or filtered water, but by far this is her fave.
I ask her if she needs a "Topper-Upper"? and she runs to the vase. LOL
Luv my crazy kitty!

Thanks Gardengirl for that reminder!
This vase contains pothos and an unknown cutting that I got from work.. I'd better do some investigating. She has been drinking from this vase for months now, and is fine. I had the vase on a coffee table, but she was so insistant on drinking from it, that I finally said to heck with it, and moved it to the floor for her.LOL

My dog Foxy (wired hair fox terrier), comes in from outside and then proceeds to run around the dining room table as fast as she can go! She will go around several times in one direction and the go the other way so that she doesn't get dizzy.
She will sometimes run up the stairs to the 2nd floor and then down to continue around the table.
She will do this for about 5 min. without stopping, then have a drink and grin at me!
If there is fresh snow on the back deck she has to jump and run around until it is all messed up!
