What can go wrong?

9/11 was the first time I no longer felt safe on my continent. It was the first time I felt the scope of hate and horror of a terrorist event. The coverage of it was everywhere; and it was part of the reason I felt okay letting go of tv service.

I try to remember the compassionate responses, the helpers who came forward to offer assistance. Like that Mr. Rogers meme - look for the helpers.

One of the most powerful tributes to the victims remains an emotional ad featuring the Budweiser Clydesdales — and it has aired only once. Anheuser-Busch’s creative team came up with the concept and had to get approval from members of Congress, the advertising community and from New York Mayor Rudy Guiliani to make the commercial.

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.

The year is marching along; September, finally. The 2020/unmitigated disaster joke almost seems to be wearing a bit thin since the disasters have slowed a bit. Although, we still have a few hurricanes and the American election in the wings . . .

They have updated the article to give more details... Turns out he was masturbating during the call not realizing the camera was on. A bit creepy, don't you think?

Gawd, that made me cringe.

But, in order to inject a little well needed humour into this story,
Maybe there were some Walla Walla onions close by.
