Today was hot, as everyone knows, and yesterday my wife had asked me to bbq today. :200:
With temperatures in the low 40s, she was insistent she did not want to stand over a hot stove. :hailjo:

Man up she said! :200:

Of course I did as she requested. Sucked it up, stood in the heat, listened to music and splashes coming from our neighbour.

Isn't this a form of spousal abuse? :200:

Maybe it’s time to build an add-on to the garage, big enough for a mini kitchen with stove.

Hmm, you can work a phone :130: , dial up take-away.
In Penticton we went with Mykynos last night. I had their lasagna and the better half had a greek salad and humus with dips.
Our own beverage cans at about $2.00/can vs $7.00+ at the pub.

Very nice offering cooling centres, must have been a desk jockey with a/c in their office, car and home who came up with this one.... who wants to pay or can afford 2.50 to ride a bus each way to cool off?

My beer exploded! :200:
The other day, 45C outside, I heard a loud BANG from somewhere inside the house.
And found this in my garage.

Welcome aboard. Hang on tight - you're in for the occasional bumpy ride.
Are there rules?
Yes. Bickering Room is a free for all - don't enter if you're easily offended.
Can I drink ?
Nobody is stopping you but you might have to share depending on your beverage of choice.
Be a boy or girl?
Yes ... can also identify as binary / LGBTQIAP if so desired.
Can I bring sarcasm? 😊
By all means but again, don't be shocked if it's handed back twofold.

If you live up to your name, shouldn't be any issues.

Oh, I don't know about that. The old saying "it's the quiet ones you have to watch out for" comes to mind.

LANGUAGE ... don't click play if offended by the f-bomb

Ya need somewhere to rent? I'm gonna convert my unused bathtub into a bed and rent it out for $500/month, plus utilities.

Don't worry, I've got an extra bathroom downstairs, heck, yours is built in.

I'm told that every woman under the age of 35 has probably been sent more than one unsolicited dick pic.

Someone finally got tired of it so made this song...

"No one has the right to apologize for something they did not do, and no one has the right to accept an apology if the wrong was not done to them."

I know better.

I know better and I do it anyway.

I know I should wear shoes when I go out into the garden.

I don't always wear my shoes in the garden.

I stepped on a bee or maybe a wasp.

Got stung on the instep.

Your post reminded me of Elaine .. "He Took It Out"

I’m suspecting Long Island doesn’t have many cowboys with lasso.
