Walked to an appt today, took no jacket (forecast said very low probability of rain).

When appt over had to hoof it back, short sleeves, freezing cold and wet in the wind.

We pay these prognosticators?
Sufficiently advanced incompetence is indistinguishable from malice. There’s a certain point at which ignorance becomes malice, at which there is simply no way to become THAT ignorant except deliberately and maliciously.

When did you get so gullible as to believe the weather guessers?

Just grass and carrots, so I suspect the prognosticators will give a report accordingly.

My defences were down today Suds, so mistakenly wandered into ‘Gullible Territory’.

Won’t happen again.

Oh yeah! [icon_lol2.gif]

When it rains, it pours.

Not weather, actually. Yesterday we were notified that we couldn't pick up something we bought at auction, the auctioneers had been robbed. :/ At least we'll get a refund.

Last night my husband says "hey, you know how my mouth has been sore lately?" He went to the dentist to have it looked at and they didn't find anything at the time (2 weeks ago). Well, he has a broken tooth - and now an appointment to see about getting it fixed on Friday.

Today is a busy day as he goes in for foot surgery, so the first thing I notice this morning is an error message on our dishwasher, and it won't shut off.

That's 3! You should be done with BS for a while I hope. Goggle the brand of dishwasher and error and it might offer how to turn off. Not that you have much time by the sounds of it..good luck with everything

Thanks, ok-weezy.

He got the dishwasher to stay off and called the repairman (still under warranty).

Now we're heading out for the rest of today's stuff.

Another wet day - but the fire hazard rating is way down!

At least I got some outside stuff done yesterday . . .
