I hope they get them under control. I wonder what the chances of rain are? Not good for the near future, apparently.
But this link https://www.weather-atlas.com/en/canada ... -september says we average 11.9 days of rain in September, so just over 25%?

The prognosticators predicting rain for Vernon all summer long have been wrong, wrong, wrong, every single time. Predicted rain several times over in last 9 weeks and all we ever got was wind, more heat and a Sky-genie sitting on his thunder pot.

Last weekend on the way home from Osoyoos we stopped in Keremeos for fresh fruits and veggies.
Picked up a large Hubbard squash, our favourite for $0.79/ pound.

Today at the Farmers market in Kamloops a mayoralty candidate who has a local farm was selling them for.......

$2.49/ pound.

And he wants to run Kamloops?

Keremeos has the best fruit stands in the province. Love that place!
