I always preach at people not to kill tomato worms. I love the hummingbird moths and that's the only way to get them. :D

The bug shots are neat to see. I have my macro lens ready and waiting for anything interesting around our house & yard. Actually I saw the one of the prettiest yellow spiders on my purple African daisies. I have to go find her again. The macro world is a whole other interesting realm.

So I am wondering what you did to it :200: [icon_lol2.gif]

Examined it, petted it, and took it's photo.....while being topless? Maybe? That method works well for getting your tomatoes to ripen more quickly. ........Just embarrass them.

Not the greatest shot, I only had a second or two to take it and all I had was my phone. It's a mud dauber drinking from our little table top fountain. They tend to come in single file for refreshment on hot days. They don't bother us so we don't bother them.

I try to not kill bugs of any kind. I take spiders outside. I do profess to disliking flies and wasps though because both creatures tend to be pains in the *bleep* when you're trying to enjoy a nice evening on the deck. If they weren't so stupid, I'd leave them alone.

Although not a bug, believe it or not this is an actual 1 to 1 Macro, shot by me on film.

Then developed and printed in my darkroom (then a cell phone imagine of the print)
Any idea how I can honestly call it a macro?

Queen K probably knows the answer to this.

But of course. But too me, they aren't insects. They are minions of hell.

We wouldn't have that problem if only Noah had swatted one on the Ark
