Spatchcock the duck and roast in a very hot oven. It is so crispy, tender and juicy!! Heavenly.

You can't say that on Cnet. Spatchcock the duck. Really?? Just imagine how that poor duck feels. Certainly grounds for a vegan protest!

^^By the time I get through with the duck it doesn't feel much of anything!!

Vegans should think twice about about ripping out celery hearts, chopping through lettuce heads and cutting out the eyes of potatoes!!
