White Duck floating on Mission Creek~ quack~

Has anyone else seen this 'white duck'? Is it an Albino duck? Hubby says it is just a blob of dirty snow or a plastic bag.
I have yet to see it however my sister in-law Sharon took this pic of it near the bridge on KLO. Appears to be happy preening itself. Father in-law has also seen it and says it has a black beak. Sorry about the blurry picture. Keep your eyes peeled out there....

Hard to tell, but looks big. Might be a Goose?

nah, both peeps that seen it said it looked like a duck, so smaller than a goose.

I doubt it's an albino with a black beak - just another type of duck.
