Bird in Perch?

What kind of bird in on the perch, west side of the bridge by the mini golf just before/after bridge hill?

A parrot? Polly? Was it pining for the fiords?

Osprey

Edit to add:
Meant for ospreys after the other perch was destroyed by a windstorm.
Don't know which birds took residence there now, though.

I google map and it's a different perch than the one they replaced (that one was closer to the bridge) but looks like ospreys to me.
