Don't dwell on who let you down, cherish those who hold you up!
Next time you point a finger, I'll point you to a mirror. You don't deserve a point of view when the only thing you see is you.

I would rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy

I once lived just a stone's throw away from a family who all died of mysterious head injuries.

Reality is an illusion caused by lack of alcohol.
I'm not much of a drinker, but that's damn funny.

I like that one, Steven. I take it this is one of your favourite Spoonerisms given the number of times you have referred to this quote lately!

It's actually a Tom Waits quote but goes "I'd rather have an empty bottle in front of me that a prefrontal lobotomy"
eta : "In order for you to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure" Bill Cosby

I was wondering where it came from. I don’t even know where I heard it first. I’ve always thought it was quite funny though. Kinda like the dyslexic agnostic who was suffering from insomnia:
“Used to lie awake at night and wonder if there was a Dog”

I once lived just a stone's throw away from a family who all died of mysterious head injuries.

A human being is a part of the whole...He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separate from the rest - a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison...Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison - Albert Einstein

If you don't change direction, you're going to end up right where you're headed.

Nothing is better than eternal happiness.
