No matter what the faith or sect of that faith may be, the central raison d'etre is God.

Churches are like schools to trying to educate the masses and the bible is the Cole's Notes version of the truth. Believe in it or any of the countless other "religious" texts on the planet. It matters not to God.

Outside of religion, everything else about God that is relevant to you can be learned on your own with a more open mind.

I can't help but laugh when people get mad about having to comply with what the church wants when they want to get married in a church. don't like their rules? go to a court house.

But isn't that just what's happening? People are leaving the traditional christian churches and seeking out places where they feel more comfortable, places where the moral messages contained in writings like the bible are not lost in attempts to hang on to literal interpretations that stretch the bounds of believability. I'm completely okay with concepts like compassion and tolerance, but when you wrap it up in things like creationism and conscience governance by some cosmic superbeing the pill just gets to big for me to swallow.

No. People are leaving the Christian faith and embracing "no faith at all."

Exactly what the NWO has planned. Preparing for their one world religion.

Lack of faith is going to lead to a single religion? :127:

I'm sure that's the case for many, but I suspect that there are considerable numbers who would still consider themselves as spiritual believers in some form. Given a form to fill out I would check off "none" under religion, but I'm by no means an atheist.

All so true Jenny......but beware of this single religion.

Faith and blind faith are two different things. Religion depends on blind faith in dogma. People are moving away from blind faith because it has no substance. Substance is why money is the new religion. At least you can count it.

This all depends on how you define religion, I suppose.

Yes greed and materialism. The New Age is upon all of us. It will all come crashing down and the World Teacher will await you.

Not sure I follow you. I agree that greed and materialism is the new religion. I am against religion. Not sure what money has to do with the new age but the money system is being purposely demolished into a one world currency. The World (Life) is our teacher. There is no one teacher, no one way, no one path back home. It is up to us to find our own path. The journey is ours to make. We don't need teachers or religion to do that.
