Psychic needed
Hi there, some of you may laugh at my request....but I have lost my cat and he was my child...and I am wondering if there is anyone out there who has these abilities. I have done everything else that is possible, posters, ads, spca, litter box, EVERYTHING.... even if he was taken by a coyote, I'm hoping that a psychic would be able to tell me that so I can stop hoping to find him. He was mostly an indoor cat, but sometimes he would slip out without us knowing, which is what happened. He never left the yard when he was out with us. Our yard is fenced, no coyote could have gotten in there, but if he happened to get out, you never know....or hit by a car? I just want some closure, or if he is locked in someones house/garage, I'm hoping a psychic can help me. Thank you!!!!!

Has he been neutered? If he hasn't he could be out looking for a date.

Re: Psychic needed
He is only 5 months old. I called the Westbank vet to have him fixed when he was 4 months, and they said he needed to be at least 51/2 months. I really wish that I just lied about his age. He was still a kitten, I'm sure of it. Also, he was part Maine *bleep*, and they take even longer to reach maturity. He did not display any signs of wandering or anything relating to purberty.

CameraShy,
I feel sorry about the loss of your cat, and I hope he does turn up. Unfortunately it seems as though you've already exhausted the normal channels. I'm afraid that turning to a psychic will not bring you any closure. I really do hope you find him, but I don't want you to waste your money.
btw, the vet would have been able to tell the cats age and would have let you know it was too early if you had lied about his age.

I once drove to Vancouver in my pickup and when I was passing toll booths I noticed there's a cat in the back of my truck - must have climbed in somewhere in Kelowna to nap. I pulled over and tried to catch it but it run away. Sometimes I wonder what happened to that cat.

An online search will bring up a number of Kelowna psychics, but this is a "trade" that fraught with pretenders, personally I'd be hesitant to hand out any money without some sort of trusted recommendation.

I was lucky enough to have one actually come out for free, so far it has turned up nothing. I have never really been a believer but I figured I have nothing to loose by trying, especially if it's free. She spent 3hrs with us, so I told her that if we find him, I would pay her! She was very kind, and also came up with a few things that she would never have known....so that was a little freaky.

Don't feel too bad. Even Sylvia Browne's batting average is sub-par.CameraShy wrote:I was lucky enough to have one actually come out for free, so far it has turned up nothing. She's a psychic-for-hire, had appeared numerous times on the Montel Williams show, was forever being pimped on late-nite tv advertisements in the late 90's and early 2000's.
James Randi, a well-published skeptic, has a running challenge for those who purport to have paranormal abilities. Work with him to define a test of those abilities, prove those abilities, and collect a cheque for one million dollars. Sylvia Browne publicly (on TV) accepted the challenge, and then backed out.
I'll gladly hire a psychic - after they claim the million-dollar prize. If they don't "need or want" the money, then donate it... but step up and prove that you really have some paranormal abilities, not just a little sleuthing ability and a lot of showmanship.
